AGM StingIR Thermal Scope Line Now Discontinued

On May 1, 2024, the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control added Yantai iRay Technology Co Ltd (“iRay”) to its list of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (“SDNs”).

As a U.S. company, AGM Global Vision LLC (“AGM”) is prohibited from having any commercial dealings with an SDN such as iRay, either directly or indirectly through third-parties, including U.S. or non-U.S. affiliates of iRay, or other third-parties selling for or otherwise acting on iRay’s behalf. It is also prohibited for AGM to engage in any transaction or dealing that has the effect of evading the restrictions on iRay.

As a result of iRay becoming an SDN, and these consequent restrictions, AGM regrets that it is forced to discontinue its StingIR product line, as iRay and affiliated companies are supply necessary components for the StingIR. Effective immediately, AGM will be making no further sales of StingIR.

AGM will endeavor to honor warranty and service obligations to all current StingIR customers to the greatest extent possible. AGM stands by its products and will provide necessary service to the

StingIR, within the warranty service period, or provide other reasonable compensation if AGM is unable to provide necessary service.

We are disappointed by the removal of StingIR from our product portfolio, and we thank our customers for their patience and understanding.
